מדיניות פרטיות – Israel Learning Buddy

מדיניות זו חלה על אפליקציית Israel Learning Buddy (לשעבר "Kids Israel") ל-iOS ול-Android ועל השרת שלה בכתובת kidsisrael.store. האפליקציה היא עוזר למידה מבוסס בינה מלאכותית בעברית, המיועד להורים ולמבוגרים המלווים למידה.
1. איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים וכיצד
- הודעות הצ'אט – ההודעות והשאלות שאת/ה כותב/ת בצ'אט, והתשובות שנוצרות. נאסף ישירות ממה שאת/ה מקליד/ה.
- פרטים על הלומד/ת שבחרת לשתף בשיחה – למשל שם פרטי, גיל, כיתה, תחומי עניין, מקצועות מועדפים, קשיים בלימודים, מטרות וסגנון למידה, וכן משוב על פעילויות שהומלצו. עוזר ה-AI מזהה פרטים אלה מתוך השיחה ושומר אותם ב"פרופיל למידה".
- היסטוריית שיחה וסיכום – השיחה נשמרת בשרת, ומדי פעם נוצר ממנה סיכום קצר באופן אוטומטי כדי לזכור הקשר.
- מזהה אקראי של האפליקציה – מזהה שנוצר במכשיר בהתקנה הראשונה (לא שם, לא מייל ולא מזהה של המכשיר). אין צורך בהרשמה או בהתחברות.
- פיד למידה ותכניות למידה – פעילויות שהומלצו לך, האם נפתחו, ותכניות למידה ותזכורות אם ביקשת מהעוזר ליצור אותן.
- אסימון התראות (Push token) – אם אישרת התראות, דרך Firebase Cloud Messaging של Google.
- יומני שרת טכניים – כתובת IP, זמן הבקשה וסוג הדפדפן/מכשיר, לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול.
אנחנו לא אוספים אנשי קשר, מיקום, תמונות, הקלטות קול או מזהי פרסום, ולא מציגים פרסומות.
2. כיצד אנחנו משתמשים במידע (כל השימושים)
- יצירת תשובות בצ'אט והמלצות לפעילויות למידה מותאמות אישית.
- יצירת תוכן לפיד הלמידה, תכניות למידה, תזכורות וסיכומים שבועיים (רק אם ביקשת אותם / אישרת התראות).
- שמירת הקשר בין שיחות (פרופיל הלמידה וסיכום השיחה).
- תפעול, אבטחה ותיקון תקלות בשירות.
איננו מוכרים מידע אישי, איננו משתמשים בו לפרסום, ואיננו משתפים אותו אלא כמפורט להלן.
3. שיתוף עם שירות הבינה המלאכותית Google Gemini
התשובות בצ'אט ותוכן הפיד נוצרים על ידי שירות בינה מלאכותית של צד שלישי: Google Gemini (Google LLC / Google Ireland). כדי ליצור תשובה, השרת שלנו שולח ל-Google Gemini את: ההודעה שלך, היסטוריית השיחה האחרונה והסיכום שלה, פרטי פרופיל הלמידה (כמפורט בסעיף 1) והמזהה האקראי של האפליקציה. Google מעבדת את המידע כדי להחזיר את התשובה, בהתאם לתנאי השימוש של Gemini API ולמדיניות הפרטיות של Google.
הסכמה: לפני שליחת ההודעה הראשונה אפליקציית ה-iOS מציגה מסך שמסביר מה נשלח ולמי, ומבקשת אישור מפורש ("אני מסכים/ה" / "לא עכשיו"). שום מידע מהצ'אט לא נשלח ל-Gemini לפני האישור. אם בחרת "לא עכשיו", הצ'אט נשאר כבוי. אפשר לעיין בבחירה או לבטל אותה בכל עת דרך כפתור היד (✋) בראש מסך הצ'אט.
ספקים נוספים: Google Cloud (אחסון השרת ומסד הנתונים שלנו) ו-Firebase Cloud Messaging של Google (שליחת התראות).
4. שמירת מידע ומחיקה
הודעות הצ'אט, פרופיל הלמידה, הפיד ותכניות הלמידה נשמרים בשרת שלנו עד שתבקש/י למחוק אותם. יומני שרת טכניים נמחקים באופן שוטף (בדרך כלל תוך כמה שבועות). כדי למחוק את המידע שלך, שלח/י מייל לכתובת למטה עם "מזהה האפליקציה" שמופיע במסך הפרטיות באפליקציה (כפתור ✋), ונמחק את המידע תוך 30 יום. מחיקת האפליקציה מוחקת את המידע השמור במכשיר, אך לא את המידע בשרת.
5. אבטחה
אפליקציית ה-iOS מתקשרת עם השרת שלנו בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS), וגם התקשורת בין השרת שלנו ל-Google מוצפנת. הגישה לשרת ולמסד הנתונים מוגבלת.
6. ילדים
האפליקציה מיועדת להורים ולמבוגרים, ואינה מיועדת לשימוש עצמאי של ילדים. הורים עשויים לשתף פרטים על ילדם כדי לקבל המלצות – אנא שתפו רק את מה שנחוץ, והימנעו ממידע רגיש (כגון מספר זהות, כתובת או מידע רפואי).

Privacy Policy – Israel Learning Buddy

This policy covers the Israel Learning Buddy app (formerly "Kids Israel") for iOS and Android and its server at kidsisrael.store. The app is a Hebrew-language AI learning assistant intended for parents and adults who support a learner.
1. What we collect and how
- Chat messages – the messages and questions you type in the chat, and the generated replies. Collected directly from what you type.
- Learner details you choose to share in the conversation – e.g. first name, age, grade, interests, preferred subjects, learning difficulties, goals and learning style, plus your feedback on suggested activities. The AI assistant picks these up from the conversation and saves them in a "learning profile".
- Conversation history and summary – the conversation is stored on our server, and a short summary is generated automatically from time to time to remember context.
- Random app ID – an ID generated on your device at first launch (not your name, email or a device identifier). No sign-up or login is required.
- Learning Feed and learning plans – activities suggested to you, whether they were opened, and learning plans/reminders if you ask the assistant to create them.
- Push notification token – if you allow notifications, via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Technical server logs – IP address, request time and browser/device type, for security and operations.
We do not collect contacts, location, photos, voice recordings or advertising identifiers, and we show no ads.
2. How we use it (all uses)
- To generate chat answers and personalized learning-activity suggestions.
- To generate Learning Feed content, learning plans, reminders and weekly summaries (only if you request them / allow notifications).
- To keep context between conversations (learning profile and conversation summary).
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it except as described below.
3. Sharing with the third-party AI service Google Gemini
Chat answers and feed content are generated by a third-party AI service: Google Gemini (Google LLC / Google Ireland). To generate a reply, our server sends Google Gemini: your message, the recent conversation history and its summary, your learning-profile details (listed in section 1) and the random app ID. Google processes this data to return the reply, under the Gemini API Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Consent: before the first message is sent, the iOS app shows a screen explaining what is sent and to whom, and asks for explicit permission ("I agree" / "Not now"). No chat data is sent to Gemini before you agree. If you choose "Not now", the chat stays off. You can review or withdraw your choice at any time with the hand (✋) button at the top of the Chat screen.
Other service providers: Google Cloud (hosting of our server and database) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications).
4. Retention and deletion
Chat messages, the learning profile, feed items and learning plans are kept on our server until you ask us to delete them. Technical server logs are deleted on a rolling basis (typically within a few weeks). To delete your data, email us at the address below with the "app ID" shown on the app's privacy screen (✋ button), and we will delete it within 30 days. Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device, but not the data on our server.
5. Security
The iOS app communicates with our server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and traffic between our server and Google is also encrypted. Access to the server and database is restricted.
6. Children
The app is intended for parents and adults and is not designed for children to use on their own. Parents may share details about their child to get suggestions – please share only what is needed and avoid sensitive information (such as ID numbers, addresses or medical information).
